Applying for a place in Reception
Burlington Infant and Nursery School is in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. Each year the borough publishes its school admission criteria and application process in a booklet. This is available online on the borough's website and you can click the link below to download it:

We strongly recommend that families read the above admission criteria and arrangements before applying.
All applications must be made online at: www.eadmissions.org.uk.
The deadline for applications is 15 January 2025 for children who will join Reception in September 2025. You can still apply after the deadline but your application will be held on a waiting list and processed by the Council in May onwards.
If you live outside the borough, you can name our school in your own local authority's application form. Please contact your home local authority to obtain a form. In this case, you do not need to apply directly to the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
Please note: if your child attends our Nursery, this does not automatically guarantee him / her a place at Reception. You must make a new application via E-Admissions for your child.
If you have any questions regarding Reception admissions to our school, please contact the Admissions Officer at admissions@burlingtoni.org.uk
